Systematic procedures have nowbeen established for communicatingwith qualified former employees andoffering employment to those whowish to resume their work. Manyformer employees, it is found, are notaware of the companys current em-ployment needs, and welcome an oc-casional call from Mother Bell. Aserious endeavor is made to arrangefor part-time work, in cases wherethis fits better into home conditionsthan a full-time job.
