Powell of Pensacola, Fla., 95years old, and nephew of William Henry Harrison, the ninth President of Ihe United States, has just been elected to the "old'time jimmy'pipers" club. Col. Powell has smoked for 85 years, breaking into harness as a ten-year-old. We will be glad to receive pic- tures of old-time smokers.
