Norsk bokmål: Bildet er fra Nasjonal Samlings 8. stevne i nasjonalparken ved kongegravene i Borre utenfor Horten i Vestfold, omtalt som pinse- eller Borrestevnet, i pinsehelga 1943. Arrangementet begynte lørdag 12. juni og varte til 2. pinsedag, mandag 14. juni. Ifølge NTBs reportasje i Aftenposten dagen etter ankom Quisling med følge leiren i bil på formidddagen den siste stevnedagen. Han ble møtt av mange heil og sæl-rop. Etter en enkel middag inspiserte Quisling området sammen med leirlederen, NS' fylkesfører Thore Tjersland. Klokka 14.00 begynte det som ble beskrevet som stevnets høydepunkt. Da var det parade og defilering for føreren ved Borre kirke. Oppmarsjen ble etterfulgt av et folkemøte i parken klokka 14.30 med tale av ministerpresidenten. Både fylkespropagandaleder Bjarne Steff og NS’ fylkesfører i Vest-Viken Fylkesorganisasjon ønsket velkommen før hovedtalen.

På bildet besøker Quisling Germanske SS Norges avdeling på leiren.

I Filmavisen 28. juni 1943 er det en propagandareportasje fra stevnet, og i Egil Christophersens Vestfold i krig side 160 skriver forfatteren mer om Borreparkens rolle som NS' viktigste mønstringsplass.

Nasjonal Samling, forkortet NS, var et norsk politisk parti som ble grunnlagt av Vidkun Quisling i 1933 og ble oppløst ved frigjøringa i 1945. Partiet la seg etterhvert nært opp mot nasjonalsosialismens ideologi og ble støtteorganisasjon for den tyske okkupasjonsmakta i Norge under andre verdenskrig.
