Il restera à Hà-Nôi jusqu'au 6 octobre 1954.

Il utilise un cachet "POSTE AUX ARMEES / ★ 403 ★" ou "POSTE AUX ARMEES / 403" sans étoile.

Lettre d'un militaire taxée au verso à 3F (tarif de la lettre simple). Il s'agit vraisemblablement d'une mauvaise interprétation de la circulaire du 25 février 1946 sur la franchise militaire (pas de cachet de vaguemestre ?).
