Português: Monica Candido tem 33 anos e atua no Alto Comissariado das Nações Unidas para Refugiados, o ACNUR, há 5 anos. Hoje serve como oficial de Proteção em Ruanda.
“(…) Comecei como estagiária do ACNUR no Brasil, depois me mudei para o Afeganistão, para o Líbano e agora estou pela segunda vez em Ruanda. Possuo graduação em Direito e mestrado em Relações Internacionais. Eu trabalho em um campo de refugiados que se chama Mahama, onde tem 60 mil refugiados do Burundi.
