English: Brass Band on Bandstand, Wetherby. Sunday afternoon and what could be more traditional than a Brass Band? It's what Bandstands were built for, after all. I'll let you into a little secret though. I'm actually playing in this shot - I press-ganged someone else into waving the camera. The Band in shot is Chapeltown Silver Prize Band from Sheffield http://www.chapeltownband.org.uk
The river in the background is the River Wharfe. |
