| Description |
English: Bridge 99 over the Kennet and Avon canal. The bridge has looked like this for many years judging from historic photos of it. Some authorities have it named as 'New Bridge' but not the Ordnance Survey who show this one as bearing that name on the 1:25K edition anyway 1595422 That said, the 1:25K and 1:50K maps differ as to its location. My GPS and Google Earth confirm that, in this image, both bridge and viewpoint are in SU2663. |
