Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Bridge No 78 near Selly Park, Birmingham The bridge carries Raddlebarn Road across the Worcester and Birmingham Road. It would seem the only purpose in making the bridge so high would be to match the specifications required for the railway bridge a few metres to the left of the picture. This section of canal was built in the mid 1790s. The railway opened in 1876.
