English: Bridleway near Ridge This view looking north is of the bridleway at the top end of an east-west dry chalk valley. Here the bridleway climbs up to Pinchpenny Clump on a chalk ridge that rises to 162m. The bridleway comes from the hamlet of Ridge to the east and along Ridge Hill, turns north up to the down, and then west to village of Fonthill Bishop, a distance of 2km. On the left of the bridleway, young oak trees have been planted.
