For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Die gefahrvolle Ablösung und Verproviantierung der Leuchtturmwärter am "Roter-Sand" Leuchtturm in der Nordsee an der Wesermündung bei Bremerhaven! Ein alter Leuchtturmwärter, welcher schon 34 Jahre den verantwortungsvollen Dienst eines Leuchtturmwärters versieht, wird am "Roter Sand" Leuchtturm im Förderkorb zur Ablösung zum Regierungsdampfer gebracht. |
