Der Reichsminister des Innern hat zum beauftragten Sachverständigen für die Nachprüfungen im Sinnde des § 3 des Reichsgesetzes über die Herstellung des Berufsbeamtentums Dr. Achim Gercke ernannt. Dr. Gercke wird vor allem nassgebend für die Abstammungsfragen sein.
