English: «Buriaad-Mongaliin ynen» (Буряад-Монголиин үнэн, meaning Buryat-Mongol Truth) is the major newspaper in the Buryat language, originally published in the top-down Mongolian script (as appears on this copy, dated 1931-02-24), before switching to Latin alphabet in 1931 and eventually to Cyrillic script from 1938. It was founded in 1921 in Chita, Buryat-Mongol ASSR, within Russian SFSR. Now it published in Ulan-Ude, as Chita was carved out of the Buryat-Mongol ASSR.
