| Description |
English: Burnley - canalside buildings and chimneys. In the middle is Clock Tower Mill, a spinning mill begun in the 1840s by George Slater. It was partly destroyed by fire in 1987 and demolished in 2004.
A view of the mill very similar to this can be seen in the opening credits of "Hetty Wainthropp Investigates" episodes. |
