[edit]
Description
English: This photo shows two former London Transport buses on display at an Open Day held in Barking Bus Garage. The green one on the left is RML2440 (JJD 440D) a 1966 AEC Routemaster with Park Royal 72-seater bodywork. Its destination blind shows route 305 which used to run between High Wycombe and Uxbridge via Beaconsfield, The Chalfonts and Gerrards Cross. Carousel Buses now runs this as route 104 as at Link.
The red vehicle on the right is DMS 550 (MLK 550L) a 1972 Daimler Fleetline CRG6 with Park Royal 68-seater bodywork with front entrance and centre exit. Its destination blinds show it working on route 156 (Becontree - Creekmouth via Barking), but this route has since been withdrawn between those locations.)
