Čeština: Znak obce Bystré, okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou. V zeleném štítě nad zlatou vlnitou patou s položeným modrým tkalcovským člunkem zlaté průčelí kostela s červenými dveřmi a třemi červenými obloukovými okny vedle sebe, s červenou střechou, z níž uprostřed vyniká zlatá věž s červeným obloukovým oknem a červenou střechou zakončenou křížem.
