Description

A comissão mista destinada a examinar e emitir parecer sobre a Medida Provisória (MP)707/2015 reúne-se para analisar relatório do deputado Marx Beltrão (PMDB-AL). A medida, que recebeu 93 emendas, autoriza a prorrogação até 30 de junho do prazo para a formalização de refinanciamento de empréstimos contraídos até 31 de dezembro de 2014 por caminhoneiros para a aquisição de caminhões, carretas, reboques, carrocerias e outros bens semelhantes.

A MP 707/2015 também suspende, até 31 de dezembro de 2016, a cobrança judicial de dívidas relativas a empreendimentos rurais na área de abrangência da Superintendência de Desenvolvimento do Nordeste (Sudene) contratadas até 31 de dezembro de 2006, no valor original de até R$ 100 mil.
