Steve Kriss, officer in charge, Camp Lemonnier Expeditionary Medical Facility, listen to Djama Elmi Yabeh, director of Peltier Hospital during a donation ceremony of a laparoscopy tower. Camp Lemonnier Expeditionary Medical Facility donated the laparoscopic tower to the Peltier Hospital to reduce the number of open surgeries and recovery time for patients.
