English: As a new subdivision of the Marine Corps Civilian Leadership Development Program, the Regional Civilian Leadership Curriculum will aim to take an integrated approach to leadership through a regionally delivered focused curriculum.
The curriculum will feature five standardized courses for Marine Corps civilian employees: Lead Self, Lead Teams, Lead People, Lead Organization and Lead Institutions. The RCLC program preliminary course pilot was conducted last September, and additional courses are expected to start being constructed in January 2013, with the entire program slated to debut in 2015, said Zummeren. |
