Eight distribution panels are carefully located on the differentfloors, each controlled by a knife switch and fuses on the switch-board of the lighting panel. Each circuit is controlled by a knifeswitch and fuses and 8-16 c.p. lights is the maximum per circuit. Oversorting tables, carriage edger, slasher, trimmer and live rolls, lightsare placed in an inverted trough painted white. The mill havingbeen whitewashed throughout, very little light is absorbed by thewalls. The efficiency of the lights is thus greatly improved.
