Summary[edit]

Description
English: Cantley sugar beet processing plant A landmark for several miles around, Cantley is one of the few remaining British Sugar factories (others being Newark-on-Trent, Bury St Edmunds and Wissington). Built in 1912, it was the first British sugar factory, and still produces sugar of various kinds, and animal feed, during the annual harvesting season. http://www.britishsugar.co.uk/RVEc310efd52bba44c985181f37e0f82796,,.aspx
