| Description |
English: Castle Street junction with St. Mary's Butts This is Castle Street as it approaches St. Mary's Butts, with St. Mary's churchyard by the trees, where Gun Street joins (the bus is coming out of Gun Street). This junction is busy at the best of times, but especially so at the moment as a new gas pipe is being buried across the junction.
The pub to the left used to be a frequent haunt of mine, for obvious reasons, but has deteriorated a bit in recent years. |
