Description
English: Rear Adm. Katherine L. Gregory, commander of Naval Facilities Engineering Command and the chief of Navy's Civil Engineering Corps (CEC) awards Lt. Sarah Ursetti, a Navy CEC officer, with a coin. Ursetti was recognized for her response to the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) shooting incident for taking charge as the public works watch stander in the Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling emergency operations center where she coordinated transportation assets needed to deliver food and supplies and to evacuate personnel from the WNY to the family relocation area at Nationals Park. Days after the incident Ursetti served as the Navy Facilities Engineering Command Washington transportation point of contact supporting the incident investigation and the memorial service at Marine Barracks Washington.
