Miscellaneous Hardy Perennials, Achillea Crandlflora—It commences to bloom by the firstof July and is a perfect mass of bloom until frost, asmany as 5.000 flowers having been counted upon the plantat one time. Flowers pure white, perfectly double, inlarge sprays, and are unsurpassed for all sorts of cut-flower work, bouquets, etc. Anemone Whirlwind—A variety of the beautiful old A.Japonica, but with large, semi-double blossoms of asnow-white color. It possesses a beauty and airy gracewhich is seen in but few flowers, and its great profusionof bloom at the end of summer and during fall, whenpure white flowers are scarce, makes it very valuable. Caliiopsis Lanceolata—Each plant is a sheet of goldenyellow blossoms borne high above the foliage on long,wiry stems.
