Our enormous stock of Gladiolus enables us to offer some really fine sorts of which we have a large sup- ply, at remarkably low prices. The 15 here offered are well - known standard varieties,'and there is not a poor one in the lot. Such excel- lent sorts as Ceres, Brenchleyensis and Golden Sceptre are among them. larle Christine—White, nied rosy carmine. with slight lilac Rare H^rdy Gladiolus. The following species are very beautiful and are quite hardy in the open ground overwinter, yet they may be lifted and kept dry in the cellar if desired. They are very inter- esting as well as beautiful. Saundersonl—Beautiful wide-open flower of large size. Fine rosy scarlet, thickly spotted white on lower petals. From this species the magnificent Childsi Gladiolus originated. 10c. each; $1 .(Mi per dozen. Colvllli "The Bride "--A Lovely pure white species of slen- der growth and blooms very early, often the latter part of May when left in the ground all winter. A splendid winter bloomer in pots. 5c. each; 3 for 10c: 12 for 30c. Purpurea Auratus—This is one of the most graceful of all fck. Gladiolus especially for cutting for vases or large bou- quets. The spikes of bloom are tall, slender and ex- tremely graceful. It branches freely and each bulb produces several spikes. The bulbs are perfectly hardy and can be left in the ground over winter, where they will increase rapidly. Price, 5c. each; :3 for 10c; 12 for 30c. SPECIAL OFFER—For on?// ISC- n ill ^nd one each of these s beautiful species; 8 of each for 30c. Brenchleyensis—Intense fiery scarlet. Extra early bloom- er, and one of the most showy and popular kinds. Couquerant—Handsome spike of very large carmine flower, with pure white blotches and white band in each petal. Carnation—Fleshy white, tinged at edges of petals with richest carmine. Ceres—Pure white with purple-rose spots and marks. A very fine sort. Conquette—Large and fine flower, bright cherry-red, with arge pure white blotches and rosy stripes. Eugene Scribe—A superb sort. Flower large and wide, tender rose blazed and striped carmine. Golden Sceptre—(Isaac Buchanan.) Most beautiful, fine clear yellow. Spikes large and perfect. A great favorite John BuM—White, slightly tinged yellow and marked violet rose. A grand old favorite? Lamarck Cherry-scarlet, tinged orange. Large pure white stains. Leander-Lovely large lilac, shading to carmine. Distinct white bands in each peta' and white blotch; Le Poussin—Light red with white blotches. Mad. Monneret— A really superior variety. Flower spike large and well formed; flowers large and of a delicate rose color. Exceedingly pretty and always attractive. Napoleon 111—Rich dark red, with pure white throat. Reine Blanche—Lovely pure white with dark carmine blotch. PRICE OF ABOVE: 3 cts. each; 5 for 10 cts.; or more at 2c. each., One each of the 15 sorts for 25 cts , 3 each for 60 cts.
