GbADIOLO^ "JUNE New Gladioli for 1917 Freak — This is a sport from the old and well-known Lemoinei Incendiary, and just like it except the bril- liant blood-red petals are broadly striped with pure white. In color it is quite unique among Gladioli. Beacon—(Chfldsi)—A solid, deep bright rose color of exceptional brightness, with Tour lower petal? showing a distinct pure white band through the cen- ter. Flowers large, slightly recurved and borne in a very dense, compact spike. June— (Improved May)—White or delicate Mush free- ly flaked rosy-crimson. Elegant long spike showing ? score of flowers. In color, size, vigor and genera' beauty this is a most decided improvement on the glorious old May. It has a freshness and sortness of color rarely seen. Crystal White — Beautiful tall spike of snowy-white blossoms, having a violet-crimson throat. One or the most superb white varieties. Magnillcent iu every way.
