| Description |
English: City of Truro Allegedly the first loco to achieve 100 mph, down Whiteball Bank in Devon. This fact has been endlessly debated. There was a crack engine timer on board but he would only have to have been a fraction out with his watch and the ton would not have been reached. This was on a special visit to the Severn Valley Railway. |
