| Description |
Clisson (Loire-Atlantique) Le pont de la Vallée. Le pont franchit la rivière Sèvre nantaise. En l'état, il existe depuis le XVIIIe siècle. Avant le XVIIIème siècle, les piles étaient reliées par des passerelles en bois. Le pont est en granit. Il comprend 5 éperons triangulaires qui diminuent la pression du courant sur les piles. Chaque dessus d'éperon constitue un refuge pour les piétons. La croix qui se trouve au 3ème éperon était autrefois sur la place Notre-Dame. Le pont de la Vallée est toujours le lien privilégié des Clissonnais entre le quartier historique de Notre-Dame et le quartier administratif de la Trinité. |
