English: The historical coat of arms of Abaúj-Torna county
Magyar: Abaúj-Torna vármegye címere
Abaúj-Torna vármegye címerét I. Ferenc József adományozta 1882-ben. A csücskös talpú pajzs vágott. A felső mezőben két pólya látható, amely a kiterjesztett szárnyú sassal, valamint a sisaktakarókkal együtt a régi Abaúj vármegye címerét alkotta. A címerpajzs alsó mezejében egy oldalra fordult, hátrahajtott szárnyú sólyom látszik, feje fölött nyitott levélkorona lebeg. Ez Torna vármegye címere volt. A címerpajzsra nem helyeztek sisakot, így a pajzson egy kiterjesztett szárnyú sas áll kiöltött nyelvvel, fején nyitott levélkoronával. A címerpajzsot jobbról kék és arany színű és balról piros és ezüst színű sisaktakaró díszíti.
Abaúj és Torna vármegye sokáig egymástól független törvényhatóságként működtek, de történelmük során többször egy vármegyét alkottak: először 1782-ben, majd 1849 után másodszor, végül az 1881. évi LXIV. törvénycikk rendelkezése folytán harmadszor. A vármegye a nevét az Aba nemzetségről kapta, és a krónika szerint az Abák építették Abaújvár várát is a 11. század elején, amely később a gróf Csákyak egyik birtokközpontja lett. A vármegyében több földrajzi név is emlékeztet az Aba nemzetségre. Abaúj vármegye örökös főispánjai a Perényi család tagjai voltak.

Likewise, the Office will not register a government edict issued by any foreign government or any translation prepared by a government employee acting within the course of his or her official duties."
