English: Cod Beck near Brawith Hall The Cod beck is an interesting little river which rises on the moors above Osmotherley before heading west, then south towards Thirsk and a confluence with the Swale near Topcliffe. In recent years, heavy downpours on the moors have caused flash floods in the centre of Thirsk. |
