English: U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Michael Rock demonstrates the SIPRNET, NIPRNET (military networks) Access Point or SNAP satellite communication device to the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Summit Conference, Jan. 22. The conference, sponsored by U.S. Africa Command, gave military leaders a unique opportunity to listen to innovative strategies, technologies and future plans for the African region.
