| Description |
English: Concrete efficiency This massive multi-storey car park replaced the unusual Covent Garden market area of Leamington Spa. This was a series of shops and stalls placed round a central open space which nowadays would probably have been saved as an upmarket shopping development. But it was nearly all swept away in the name of the motor car. |
