English: The mayor of Tapaz municipality, the honorable Rosmarie F. Gardose, visits the Combined-Joint Civil-Military Operations Task Force’s construction site at Don Joaquin Artuz Memorial Elementary School in Tapaz, Philippines, during Balikatan 2015, April 13.
