Deutsch: Der heilige Jakob ist seit 1276 als Patron der Pfarrkirche bekannt. Der Pilgerstab, die Muschel und das Kreuz sind seine Attribute. Die schwarzen Bäume stehen redend für den Gemeindenamen, der sich vom slawischen �cerny� ableitet und �schwarz� bedeutet. Die Farben Schwarz und Gold sind die Farben des Bistums Bamberg und weisen darauf hin, dass Tschirn vor 1276 und wieder seit 1388 bis zur Säkularisation 1803 im Besitz des Bistums war. |
