Description
English: U.S. Public Health Service Lt. Cmdr. Harry Ko uses a flashlight to catch the attention of Joel Richards while held by his mother Eira at the Paul Brown Arena in Colon, Panama, on July 6, 2007. Ko is attached to the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20). The Comfort is on a four-month humanitarian deployment to Latin America and the Caribbean to provide medical treatment to patients from a dozen countries.
