Summary[edit]

Description
English: Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, receives a brief from Col. Manuel Medina, deputy engineer of the Joint Task Force Guantanamo Bay. During his stop, Mullen held an all-hands call with service members stationed on the island, visited detention facilities and the new expeditionary legal complex that will be used to try high value combatants detained in the Global War on Terrorism.
