| Description |
English: Detail of vanishing telephone box at Rockford Green. The notice dated 9th May 2008 reads "BT Payphones are committed and working hard to secure a long-term future for payphones across the UK, despite a decline in use. However, a detailed survey has shown that this kiosk is not being used sufficiently to continue the service at this location. We are therefore proposing to remove this payphone following a consultation period of 42 days from the above date." I did not need to hold the door open to take this picture as there was no glass in it.
