Summary[edit]

Description
English: Wesley Hall, Folkestone Road. Seen from North Military Road, it was built in 1910 (at a cost of £3000) was bombed in 1917, rebuilt in 1920, bombed in 1941 and rebuilt in 1949 (these facts are also inscribed into a stone block which can be seen, in this view, to the right of the main door, although weathering has made the detail faint). The hall closed for worship in 1981 and the building was sold to Dover College.
