| Description |
English: Down side entrance, West Croydon station For many years the only entrance to West Croydon station has been from London Road, and the Down side entrance just opposite the bus station and tram stop has remained out of use. Now - at last - the Down side entrance has been re-opened, but in a farcical situation, it is ONLY available for handicapped passengers, who have to use an entry phone to gain admission. Passengers who do not have a wheelchair, or walk on two sticks, have to go round to the London Road entrance as before. |
