English: Horse trough. Provided by the Metropolitan Drinking Fountain and Cattle Trough Association (see http://drinkingfountains.org/ ), and dating from the late 19th Century. One of two such troughs in Redhill (with two more in Reigate and a further one in nearby Merstham, all now used as flower troughs). See 744748 for more general picture of site. |
