Summary[edit]

Description
English: Eckington Bridge This 1729 bridge still carries a lot of traffic but most people see it as a beautiful construction. It has often been photographed and painted. Arthur Quiller-Couch liked it so much he wrote a famous poem 'Upon Eckington Bridge'. There is even an Eckington Bridge Club, which meets regularly in the nearby village.
