Summary[edit]

Description
English: Eglwys Llechcynfarwy This ancient church, dedicated to St Cynfarwy, was rebuilt in the 1860s to the designs of Henry Kennedy and Gustavus O'Donoghue. The correct Welsh form of this church's name is Llechgynfarwy (=the stone of Cynfarwy). The name refers to a large standing stone which still stood near the church as late as the second half of the 19thC.
