Description iconographique:

Croix pattée (branches en émail bleu bordé de blanc), branche inférieure plus longue, centre avec swastika droit - noir sur fond blanc - rayonnant (bélière horizontale intégrée à la branche supérieure de la croix). Ruban : large bande verticale bleue au centre encadrée de chaque côté par un liseré bleu parallèle, sur fond blanc.
