In addition to the monthly inspection as outlinedabove a semi-monthly examination is given to the sys-tem by the foreman of the line crew. For the contactwiring, this semi-monthly inspection is made from theplatform of the previously-mentioned gasoline line carand is carried out at night when power can be shut offfrom various sections of the line as desired.
