English: Ellistones, Stainland Road, Stainland A house of the early 17C, with later alterations. It is dated 1606 in the apex of the gable of the west wing. The street name-plate on the wall suggests that it was divided into multiple occupation by the late 19C. The building work is perhaps a barn conversion.
