Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Entrance of Dumbarton Cave (Also known as Wallace's Cave, or Havock Hole.)

For a view of this cave in its context, and a discussion of its traditional associations with William Wallace, see the main article: 1054823.

The cave opening here is a little over six feet high. The passage rapidly narrows, so that it is not possible to progress more than a few feet into the cave. However, the very narrow passage apparently continues for quite some distance into the rock.
