Català: Escut de Meliana (l'Horta Nord, País Valencià): «D'atzur, l'Ave Maria de sable, filetejada d'or, acompanyat de dos minvants, d'argent. En punta, el cap d'or, carregat de quatre pals de gules. Al timbre, corona reial sense cap cimera.» Aprovat per Decret 1740/1967 de 20 de juliol (BOE núm. 175, 24-VII). '
En el blasonament, se cita un Ave Maria acompanyat de dos minvants però en realitat és una Ave Maria sobre dos minvants (El escudo del rey de Aragón en la heráldica valenciana. Archivo de Arte Valenciano, pág. 17).
Español: Escudo de Meliana (l'Horta Nord, País Valenciano): «De azur, el Ave María de sable, fileteada de oro, acompañado de dos menguantes, de plata. En punta, el jefe de oro, cargado de cuatro palos de gules. Al timbre, corona real sin cimera alguna.» Aprobado por Decreto 1740/1967 de 20 de julio (BOE núm. 175, 24-VII). En el blason, se cita un Ave María acompañado de dos menguantes cuando en realidad se usa un Ave María sobre dos menguantes (El escudo del rey de Aragón en la heráldica valenciana.
