Description
English: A completed pressure plate trigger training aid awaits distribution to the field as Combine Joint Task Force Paladin fabricator Trace Yates works on another device at the CJTF Paladin Fabrication Shop Aug. 20. The shop uses materials like those used by the enemies of Afghanistan to produce realistic counter-IED training devices – more than 17,000 since 2009 – like this one that uses inert blasting caps and a buzzer to duplicate the actions of devices found on the battlefield.
