Public domain This work was first published in Paraguay and is now in the public domain because its copyright protection has expired by virtue of the Law No. 1328/98 on Copyright and Related Rights, enacted 1998 (details). The work meets one of the following criteria:

This is an anonymous work or pseudonymous work and 70 years have passed since the date of its creation. By 1996 it was out of copyright because, according with 1328/1998 Article 135 of the Paraguayian Law, any photograph that is not a "work" (original intellectual creation in the literary or artistic field) is copyrighted until 50 years after its creation. Copyright expired, at least, on 1 January 1990 or before.
