Notes
  • Significance: The West Brandywine Grange survives as a largely unaltered agricultural meeting hall built in the last quarter of the 19th century. The area of northern New Castle County served by the Grange was characterized in the 1800s as a small farm (less than a mean 150 acres) dairy region.
  • Survey number: HABS DE-236
