  • Significance: A rare surviving example of a Greek Revival style canal house retaining features that define its architectural integrity in its raked cornice, pedimented roof and window surrounds. The building is also historically significant because it fronts the Erie Canal and reflects it importance to the development of Canastota in the 19th century.
